How can I submit design requests?
Designjoy provides a highly flexible system for requesting designs through Trello. Clients commonly submit their design requests in various ways: directly on Trello, by sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or even through a brief Loom video for those who prefer to verbalize their specs rather than write them. Essentially, any method that allows for linking to or sharing within Trello is acceptable. This approach ensures a seamless and adaptable way for you to communicate your design needs.
It's a part of the process. You have the freedom to request as many alterations as necessary, and we will revise the designs until you are completely satisfied. Our approach emphasizes rapid delivery, ensuring that you don't have to endure lengthy waits for your designs. Just like a professional designer cannot refund the time invested in someone's project, our policy also does not accommodate refunds. This is because the time and effort put into each design project are valuable and irreversible.
